I have gone from vip 5 to 8 and only unlocked $6 of 78. That’s 3 thousand dollars and I got 2 dollars per thousand so roughly wagered 500 to unlock a dollar... to unlock the remaining amount at this speed i would have to wager $36,000.. this seems to be way to much imho. Other than that, I love the design of the website, I find everything to be pretty easy and fluid to work with. Thanks coco, keep up the good work!! It's very user friendly. There's no problem about the game we all know that gambling is risky but fun. I can access the games here easily just by a click. And about the bug. Sometimes when i click multiple times the free spin, it sometimes gave me a 3x value of jb instead of 10000 jb it becomes 30000 jb coin. Hope it will be fix soon. Before the update I was able to cash out at least one deposit and one task bonus which was not bad considering I had only played here a handful of times previous to the update. With this new version, I have deposited hundreds if not thousands of dollars worth of my mined crypto and have yet to see any return to my personal wallets. While I understand that you are a casino and its good for the bottom line to have players lose, you still need to pay out big wins every now and then. When going through chat I see the same players winning over and over and everyone else having their funds drained. That is not how random works. And while I get that might be my brain trying to create patterns, at a certain point it stops being coincidence. I'm not going to name names or throw anyone under the bus here because I really don't need too, spending a couple hours in chat anyone can see the same names popping up over and over again with big wins. Most of your house games are math games, and if played correctly the math allows for the risk factor to be reduced. I usually play that way and don't make stupid bets, but eventually get wrecked anyways. Something just seems a bit off given I can play at other casinos with worse odds inputting the same numbers into the same fields and usually come up ahead. How about the new interface? Do you like it? I really like the new interface. It is much more pleasing on the eyes, and has a more modern feel. Though I assume the new casino isn't finished yet.... Cause lets face it I passed lvl 5 and there is no place where I can exchange my JB for anything. Even though it is listed as a perk of leveling up that far and all previous perks are clickable that one is not. So before getting all excited that you have this new platform version, you should probably make good on previous promises. How is the game experience? For the most part the games feel roughly the same in a new shiny wrapper. While I enjoy the look and feel of the new site, it is discouraging to see all my crypto drained constantly with no big wins or even steady calculated wins without getting wrecked. I am under lvl 14 and was working hard to get to lvl 14 prior to the coco updates. The new updates for level rewards and coco are a joke compared to the benefits of your competitors. Yes, I have found a bug. The Christmas carol game from the pragmatic provider is broken. No matter what your balance is and while it displays correctly on the screen, once you click the spin button for the fist time an error message pops up saying if you want to play you must visit the cashier. I have tried clearing cache and cookies, I have tried basic refreshes, checked if other games from the same provider were working, and while I was able to play other games Christmas carol megaways is just broken. I have been unable to play that game since it was added to the updated site. Any other suggestions? Yes, Stop being so greedy. Again, I understand that you are in business to make money but not at the expense of fun and excitement to the player. That is the whole point of a casino. Its the entertainment value that keeps your customers coming back. When a casino ceases to be entertaining they lose customers quickly. Your bonuses were at one point comparable to your competition and are no longer that way. It seems like every day bc.game is doing something to take away perks from players and put that extra revenue in their pockets. That needs to change if you want people to continue enjoying your site. Even if deep down we all know its an illusion that we are getting some sort of great perk, at least it was something. Level bonuses, daily tasks, and coco are all now a joke with nothing but bcd as the gifts. Being a casino, you know that most will gamble away any perks you give them anyways, so why reduce them if you are going to get most of it right back? Why piss off your userbase? What benefit is in it for you? More users equal bigger stacks of cash in your pocket. That is just a simple rule of numbers. Hopefully you take some of this feedback to heart and it does not fall on deaf ears. I work as the director of community support for a large crypto project and my wife is the chief marketing officer (CMO) of the same project. I see a lot of other replies here that are one or two sentences long and provide no real tangible and/or constructive feedback. When our project has a survey of users opinions the above referenced replies would be mostly ignored as they provide no benefit and defeat the overall goal of the survey. I don't say much in chat other than the occasional good luck or nice hit, and prefer to watch what others are saying. This allows me to get a well rounded view of how others are experiencing your website. I am willing to bet, as the odds would be greatly in my favor, that a very large portion of your committed older accounts are not happy with the changes to coco, level, and daily task rewards. While, yes, its not hard to attract new people through affiliate codes and other forms of marketing, everyone should be aware that the old accounts that have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars are the ones keeping this site up and running. Bc.game would not be where it is now without those players, and has little chance of a successful future if they all decided to up and leave your site in a short period of time. Mainly because attracting new users may be easy, keeping them coming back is the hard part. Especially if they are constantly losing. Whenever you choose to make an update to something, those players should be taken into consideration and their reaction to said update before any changes are made. But other then that it's really cool. Implementation of the BC dollar was also a great idea. Also lots of promotions is really good for players. They were tight, ungreased. Few errors hear and then. But more time getting to work the system I can see some positive and feel that there's more good energy to come . As long as I dont hussle too much at a time then Coco plays well with me . I am disappointed that for me slots and live tables are constant error and will not start. I questioned staff a week ago related to this with no response. Very sad. The fact that Coco is no longer giving eath is a tragedy. Be alert for Coco for just a vent or two seems pointless to even wait for him so . Now it's just when I see him I see him . Not his fan boy anymore. I hope Frome this contest a few people mention some bugs that are there and game can continue smoothly without tampering and cover ups like rumours are speaking of. BC is a casino I feel like I have generally had a good crack at . I've taking a bit lost a bit seen outrages bets . Had faulty wheels that seem to not effect game play. Slacker20 Posted April 12, 2021 Share Posted April 12, 2021 The new version is great I really like it live games was a great addition to this site as I think that proves that this site its not a scam or rigid, i do have what seems to be a bug tho, when I lose on roulette (not the live games) I get credited back what I just bet an lost but says insufficient funds its not my Internet as happens on my WiFi and phone data or what I get back from my deposit bonus it then takes about 15 minutes for my balance to go back to what it is ment to be. I was shocked and awed when i saw it after the first time. Lots of games to choose and its a user friendly.
